The Men’s Fitness Program is another important part of our Youth Engagement Initiative.

Young men from Angurugu and Umbakumba communities meet weekly for fitness sessions with our Bush Fit Mob Program Manager. Sessions include weight training, cardio, plyometric drills, footy training drills as well as discussions around health and wellbeing.

Bush Fit Mob has recently partnered with ALFNT to include the Groote Eylandt Men’s Football team into the weekly fitness sessions.
